Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, taking into account deposit commitments to our local hotel and transport partners.

1. Standard Cancellations

For standard bookings, the following policies apply:

• Cancellations 30+ days prior to arrival: Full refund minus bank processing fees and non-refundable deposits.
• Cancellations 15-29 days prior: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
• Cancellations under 15 days prior: Non-refundable due to block bookings with hotel partners.

2. Force Majeure

In cases of severe weather, natural disruptions, or travel restrictions, we work closely with hotel partners to reschedule dates free of charge.
