What is a Destination Management Company (DMC)?
A DMC is a local operator based in the destination country. Unlike global travel agents who resell packages, we own the ground operations, deal directly with local resorts, guides, and drivers, and provide direct rates and immediate support.
Are your itineraries customizable?
Yes, every single tour package, day trip, transfer, and hotel booking we do is fully custom-made. The packages on our site act as curated outlines that can be adjusted to fit your exact budget, schedule, and preferences.
How do payments and bookings work?
Once we finalize your custom itinerary, we issue a secure booking invoice. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, and direct bank telegraphic transfers. A deposit is required to secure hotel rooms and private transfers, with the balance payable closer to arrival.
Do you hold a TAT license?
Yes, Anup Group is fully licensed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (License #14/03522). This license guarantees that we adhere to all local safety and compliance standards set by the Thai Ministry of Tourism.
